CTPC EVENTS

Throughout the year, CTPC plans and hosts several different events. Some are social events and others happen behind the scenes at CT.

Cub Crawl is our annual fundraiser and provides the biggest support to the CTPC. 

BOOKWORM BRUNCH (AKA BREAKFAST AND BOOKS)

A before-school event for students that complete a Summer Reading Log. The kids get a quick snack and a token to use at the Fall Book Fair in celebration of their hard work reading over the summer. Even if they can’t attend the event, tokens are still provided to students with a completed log.

ICE CREAM SOCIAL

An evening event for CT students and their families. Held in conjunction with the Fall Book Fair, it’s a chance to pursue the book fair and reconnect with CT friends as the school year kicks off. 

HALLOWEEN FEST (AKA HALLOWEEN TRUNK OR TREAT)

An evening event for CT students and their families. Families can set up a trunk or treat or visit other trunks to collect candy and other treats, and enjoy games and activities. Costumes are highly encouraged!

CUBS AND COFFEE

A before-school event for CT students and their grandparents. Attendees get a light breakfast before making a quick visit to the classrooms. **Note the change of attendees for 24-25**

BINGO NIGHT

An evening event for CT students and their families to kick off the start of a new semester. 

VARIETY SHOW

An evening show to showcase the many talents of CT students. Anyone can participate in the show (a rehearsal is held a few days prior) and all CT students and families are encouraged to attend and celebrate the hard work and talent of the participants!

GIRLS’ GALA

An evening event for CT girl students and their special guest. Attendees can dance, play games, and complete crafts while they enjoy refreshments.

BOYS’ BASH

An evening event for CT boy students and their special guest. Attendees can play games and complete crafts while enjoying refreshments. 

INTERNATIONAL NIGHT

A biannual evening event that celebrates the varied cultures of the CT community. CT families are invited to share their cultures via booths, tables and treats. 

FIELD DAY

A fun day of games and camaraderie for CT students and their teachers. Students rotate through several stations of games with their homerooms. 

5TH GRADE GRADUATION

A day to celebrate the soon-to-be 6th graders as they wrap up their time at CT. The students enjoy a field trip with their classmates before returning to school for a short graduation ceremony. 

END OF YEAR BASH

An evening event for CT students and families to celebrate the end of the school year. **This is a new event for the 24-25 School Year and will replace the End of Year picnic. Details TBD. 

HELPING HANDS

A behind-the-scenes committee that provides resources to CT students and families through on-going and as-needed support 

​​​TEACHER AND STAFF APPRECIATION

A committee that puts the CTPC mission of supporting CT teachers and staff into action. Activities range from celebrating teacher birthdays to a week-long Teacher Appreciation Week event in May, and plenty of small pick-me-ups throughout the year.
